Job summary

Nexperia in Manchester seeks a daytime Yield Performance Engineer responsible for monitoring wafer fab electrical yield and driving corrective actions to address yield excursions and product quality issues. Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate cross functional teams to lead yield improvement activities.
• Support dispositioning of lots held for yield problems and liaise with logistics and production.
• Monitor yield performance, report discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions.
• Analyze opportunities for yield improvement on product types and participate in cross functional teams.
• Ensure wafer test specifications and yield stop levels are accurate and maintained.
