Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd is seeking a positive Yield and Inventory Executive to join our busy reservations team. You’ll oversee ParcVu-based inventory, promotions and tariffs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with park teams and Central Support to maximise availability and drive sales.

You’ll coach staff, load owner schemes, and support system developments across the business, helping to optimise revenue while delivering great experiences for guests and owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage ParcVu reservations system to set up inventory, promotions and bookings on time and accurately.
• Load and maintain Owner schemes for sublets and ensure correct pricing.
• Coach and support Central Support and park teams on ParcVu usage.
• Assist with setup for newly acquired parks and any required system integration.
• Produce weekly audits and reconciliation reports covering debt, overbookings, repairs and pricing.
• Support ParcVu system development projects, including testing releases.
• Maximise sales and revenue through regular grid management and pricing checks.
• Ensure third-party bookings are reconciled accurately and promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter ways of working.
• Support parks with ParcVu queries and liaise with external suppliers as needed.
• Load Sun bookings and maintain booking information accurately.

We're looking for a positive, motivated and confident individual to join our busy team as a Yield and Inventory Executive.

Working with our reservations system, ParcVu, you'll play a key role in making sure our holiday inventory, bookings, promotions and tariffs are set up accurately and on time. You'll work closely with our park teams and Central Support colleagues, providing guidance and support to help maximise availability, drive sales and deliver amazing experiences for our guests and Owners.

Manage our reservations system, ParcVu, ensuring holiday inventory, promotions, users and bookings are set up accurately and in a timely manner.

Load and maintain schemes for Owners who wish to sublet their accommodation through Away Resorts.

Coach and support our Central Support and park teams, helping them build their ParcVu knowledge and skills to maximise availability and manage tariffs effectively.

Assist with the setup of newly acquired parks, including any required system integration work.

Produce weekly audit and reconciliation reports to maintain system accuracy, covering areas such as debt chasing, overbookings, repairs and pricing.

Support ParcVu system development projects across the business, including testing system releases.

Help maximise sales and revenue by ensuring Grid Management is completed regularly.

Ensure third-party supplier bookings are reconciled accurately.

Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and find better, faster and smarter ways of working.

Support parks and colleagues across the business with ParcVu reservations system queries.

Liaise with third-party suppliers, including ParcVu Systems, Barsbank, Landal and Qenner, to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

Load Sun bookings and ensure booking information is maintained accurately.

Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need

Experience working with a reservations system or database.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively.

An understanding of inventory and availability management.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of how reservations, availability and pricing can influence revenue.
