Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in AC and ventilation projects.
• Ability to manage projects from planning to handover.
• Strong understanding of project programmes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage AC and ventilation projects from £200k to £1m.
• Develop and manage project programmes.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Attend client, site and progress meetings.
• Oversee commissioning and handover.
