Pertemps Tm is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead air conditioning and ventilation projects across London and the Southeast from survey through to completion. The role combines site and office work, with hybrid arrangements and a base in Kent.

You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers while managing programmes, costs and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate has a technical HVAC background with strong experience in air conditioning and ventilation systems, plus the

• HVAC background and project management experience preferred.
• Experience with air conditioning/ventilation systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Manage HVAC projects from survey through to completion.
• Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout projects.
• Identify and resolve issues before works commence.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project programmes, costs and delivery schedules.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Attend site and client meetings as required.
• Oversee air conditioning and ventilation projects from £3,000 to £600,000.
