Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a Year R Class Teacher in the Blackfield/Fawley area. The role covers a Year R class of 25 pupils with full teaching responsibility from January 2027. A December 2026 settling-in period is available to ensure a smooth handover.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have experience in KS1, and demonstrate strong classroom management and a passion for supporting early years learning within the EYFS framework. The position offers competitive pay aligned to scale.

Qualifications

• Must have QTS and be eligible to teach in the UK.
• Experience teaching in KS1 is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and engaging teaching style.
• Commitment to remaining for the rest of the academic year.

Responsabilités

• Full class teaching responsibility for a Year R class of 25 pupils.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with EYFS.
• Work with experienced support staff and the wider school team.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Continue the progress already being made within the class.
