Teaching Personnel Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated Year R Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Blackfield/Fawley area for January 2027 with a December handover option.

You will lead a class of 25 pupils, delivering EYFS-aligned lessons and collaborating with support staff to ensure smooth settling-in and continued progress. The ideal candidate holds QTS, has strong classroom management, and is committed to the remainder of the academic year.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential for the role.
• Experience teaching KS1 is desirable.
• Commitment for the remainder of the academic year is required.

Responsibilities

• Full class teaching responsibility for a Year R class of 25 pupils.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Work closely with experienced support staff and the wider school team.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Continue the excellent progress already being made within the class.
