Heritage High School is seeking an enthusiastic Year Leader to support the Year Manager in meeting pastoral needs and raising students' aspirations. You will assist with attendance, punctuality and behaviour, and monitor progress and attainment for identified year groups.

Qualifications

• Experience of mentoring or coaching young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage behaviour with confidence and calmness.

• Support Year Manager to meet pastoral needs of students.
• Support attendance, punctuality, behaviour, progress and attainment for the year group(s).
• Raise aspirations, self-esteem and motivation to help students achieve potential.
