Qualifications

• QTS and primary teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and inspire a year group team of teachers and teaching assistants.
• Drive high standards in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Monitor and support pupil progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Coordinate planning and curriculum delivery to ensure consistency and progression.
• Act as a role model of outstanding classroom practice.
