Job summary

Pakefield High School, part of the Clarion Corvus Trust, is seeking a non-teaching Year Leader. The role focuses on establishing high standards for students in your year, maintaining attendance and conduct, and leading a dynamic team.

It is a permanent, full-time position with term-time plus one week and the salary scales provided for Grade F. The post requires flexibility, organisation, and excellent communication to motivate students and foster a positive school environment.

Grade F Pro Rata - £24,999 point 13 (actual salary)

Grade F Full time – point 13 (£29,064) – point 17 (£31,022)

37 hours per week

Term time plus 1 week (39 weeks per year).

Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint a non-teaching Year Leader at Pakefield High School, Lowestoft. The successful candidate will join a team that aims to provide outstanding support in ensuring our students have the best possible educational experience. You will create an ethos of success, establish the highest standards of conduct, personal presentation, attendance and punctuality for students in your key stage. Whilst each year lead has clear accountability, it is essential that the team works together to share best practice.
