Job summary

Qualifications

• Dynamic and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to support learning and teaching across two academies.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection policies and multi-agency working preferred.
• Role requires collaboration with SENDCo, ACET Inclusion Lead and Assistant Inclusion Manager to improve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inclusion colleagues across both Langwith Bassett Primary Academy and Temple Normanton Primary Academy.
• Plan and deliver innovative and appropriate learning activities.
• Effectively manage and deploy resources for inclusion interventions.
• Contribute to CPD of colleagues and the wider trust.
• Promote positive and inclusive values, attitudes and behaviour among pupils.
• Communicate with stakeholders through regular review meetings, correspondence and reports.
