Job summary

Werneth School in the Greater Manchester area is seeking a committed Year Inclusion Manager to support teaching and learning for pupils aged 11-16 with a range of additional needs. You will work across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions to embed high expectations and exemplary conduct.

Education Learning Trust supports staff with professional development, safeguarding training and a values-driven ethos. The post is subject to safer recruitment checks and enhanced DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in inclusion or SEN support desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, pupils and families.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality teaching and learning for students aged 11–16 with a range of needs.
• Deliver targeted interventions within mainstream and intervention groups.
• Help develop an ethos of high expectations, exemplary conduct and positive attitudes to learning.
