Werneth School is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support reading and literacy development for students aged 11-16 with a range of needs. Two full-time positions are available, spanning mainstream lessons and targeted interventions, with collaboration across the SEND team to remove barriers to learning.

You will contribute to assessment, work closely with teachers and families, and help deliver high-quality teaching and inclusive practice within a supportive school community.
