All Saints' Catholic High School in Sheffield is seeking an experienced individual to join the Inclusion Team. The role requires strong relational and behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and challenge young people.

The successful candidate will promote students' personal development and monitor achievement within the year group, delivering high-quality pastoral care and supporting the Tutor Team. The school values safeguarding and expects a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of supporting students.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Inspire and challenge young people.

Responsabilités

• Promote and monitor the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental/psychological and personal development of every student within the year group.
• Monitor standards of student achievement and support student progress within the Year through high quality pastoral care and tutorial programme.
• Support and develop a high performing Tutor Team.
• Be accountable for the impact of intervention on engagement and achievement of individual students within the year group.
• Support safeguarding for all students in the year group.
• To ensure Student Voice is heard and considered as an Evaluation Tool and lever for improvement.
