Academics is seeking a qualified Year 6 teacher for daily supply work in St. Albans and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible hours across Hertfordshire, with pay ranging from £140 to £245 per day depending on experience and the client school's policy.

Ideal candidates are experienced primary teachers with QTS, capable of confidently leading KS2 classes, building relationships quickly, and maintaining high standards of pupil engagement. This is a flexible, non-permanent placement option.

We're particularly interested in experienced Year 6 teacher / KS2 who are confident walking into a new classroom and taking charge of the day.

You’ll need to be able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils, follow existing lesson plans and maintain high standards of behaviour, learning and engagement.
