Our partner school is a large primary school set in the heart of the community it serves. The children have very positive attitudes to their learning and a distinct pride in the school. As part of this role, you will be required to:

1. Meet the Professional Standards for Teachers;
2. Play a full part in the life of the school community and support its ethos, values, and aims.

The successful candidate must:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner, in terms of planning, challenging gifted pupils, supporting special needs, and creatively organising the learning environment;
• Have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and achievements;
• Have recent teaching experience in Key Stage 2;
• Have a secure knowledge and understanding of the primary framework and pedagogy;
• Be passionate about the development of the whole child.
