Job summary

Magisters is seeking a Year 6 Classroom Support Assistant to join a Willesden primary school. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP with a typical 8:30am–3:30pm day, Monday to Friday, based in Willesden, NW10.

You will work alongside the class teacher to provide English and Maths support, run small groups and 1:1 sessions, assist with KS2 SATs preparation, and help with routines and behaviour in a warm classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Year 6 pupils with SATs.
• UK primary school experience is essential.
• Confident in supporting English and Maths.
• Patient, proactive and enthusiastic in classroom settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support a Year 6 class alongside the class teacher.
• Deliver small-group and 1:1 English and Maths support.
• Support pupils with KS2 SATs preparation.
