Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Year 5 Class Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 5 students.

* Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and integrated curriculum.
* Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education
* Relevant teaching certification.
