Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a Year 5 Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role in Barnet starting in November. The successful candidate will hold QTS and have experience in KS2, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour and progress.

You will plan, differentiate, mark and assess pupils, create an inclusive classroom, and collaborate with teaching assistants and staff to support all learners in line with the National Curriculum.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience in KS2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons.

Responsibilities

• Full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment.

• Full-time, long-term role through agency

• Monday to Friday


• Full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment

Year 5 Primary Teacher – About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Previous primary teaching experience, ideally in KS2.


• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.


• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.


• A positive, nurturing approach and a passion for supporting pupils’ progress.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
