Job summary

Teaching Personnel invites applications for a Year 5 Teacher role at a welcoming Burnley school. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, differentiate to meet all learners, and monitor progress in line with the National Curriculum.

We seek a qualified teacher with KS2/Year 5 experience, strong classroom management, safeguarding commitment, and collaborative spirit to work with staff, parents and external partners. The role starts 2 November 2026, with a daily rate of £120–£150.

Qualifications

• QTS required.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
