Milk Education is recruiting a Year 4 Teaching Assistant in Standish (WN6) to support a Year 4 pupil with Autism on a 1-2-1 basis. The role starts in September 2026 and runs as a temporary, long-term placement within a primary school.
Hours are 08:30–15:30, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will help keep the child on task, prepare resources, and maintain a nurturing learning environment under the guidance of the class teacher.

The school is looking for someone with good behaviour management and who is also patient, nurturing, and accommodating to the child’s learning needs. The hours of work are 08:30‑15:30, Monday to Friday.
This role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they are doing is being done to a good standard. You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day and ensuring the child’s needs are being met. You will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for the child.
