Qualifikationen

• QTS with primary teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, including phonics and early maths.
• Ability to plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.
• Effective classroom management and behaviour expectations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; safeguarding commitment.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and report pupil progress and attainment.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs, including SEND, EAL.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment supporting learning and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with parallel class teachers and teaching assistants.
• Contribute to medium- and long-term year-group planning.
• Maintain high behaviour standards per school policies.
• Communicate with parents and carers about pupil progress.
• Attend staff meetings, training and school events.
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
