Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a friendly primary school in Dagenham (IG11). The role covers planning, preparation, marking, and parents evenings within a full-time timetable.

The position is a Temporary Contract from September 2026 to July 2027, with a typical day from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm during term time. QTS or equivalent and UK KS1/KS2 experience are required, along with safeguarding training within the last year.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• At least 1 year of KS1/KS2 teaching experience in the UK.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, mark and deliver Year 4 lessons.
• Engage with parents evenings and school events.
• Work within safeguarding and welfare policies.
