Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Tendring, Essex, to start September 2026. You will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering a broad curriculum and creating a confident, motivated learning environment.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, KS2 experience, and strong planning/communication skills. Applications from experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome. Excellent CPD and consultant support are provided through Tradewind.

About the Position
