Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking a Year 4 Classroom Teacher to join a forward-thinking primary school in Southampton. You will plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons, creating a stimulating learning environment that sets high expectations for achievement and behaviour.

You will assess progress, adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and collaborate with colleagues to support pupil development. Induction, coaching and strong CPD are provided in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

Pay Rate: £168 - £232 per day

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is desirable

• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs
