Job summary

REESON Education is working with a Haringey primary school in North London to recruit a committed Primary Teacher for a Year 4 class from after the October half-term. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons, foster positive pupil relationships and create an inclusive, motivating learning space.

The role involves planning across the Year 4 curriculum, teaching core subjects in line with the National Curriculum, managing behaviour and assessing progress while working with teaching

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 national curriculum and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Teach English, Maths and foundation subjects.
• Maintain high behaviour standards and a positive classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff.
