Job summary

Lift Beacon is seeking an experienced Year 4 Class Teacher to lead learning in a vibrant KS2 team at our primary academy in Loughborough. You will deliver engaging lessons, track progress and foster a love of learning in every pupil.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and colleagues to enhance teaching, learning and the wider life of the school. We value high expectations, inclusion and a positive classroom culture where every child can succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality, engaging Year 4 lessons.
• Ability to support pupils to develop confidence and independence.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality teaching and learning in Year 4.
• Plan engaging and ambitious lessons meeting all pupils' needs.
• Support pupils to develop confidence, independence and love of learning.
• Assess progress effectively and adapt teaching to ensure strong progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider life of the school.
