Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder.
• Experience teaching in KS2 and Year 4 advisable.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Year 4 class and deliver engaging lessons across core and foundation subjects.
• Differentiate to meet varying abilities and monitor progress using assessments.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants to provide targeted intervention as needed.
• Foster positive behaviour, wellbeing, and attendance throughout the year group.
• Communicate with parents about pupil progress and upcoming targets.
