• Support the class teacher with delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support as required.
• Help pupils stay focused, motivated and engaged in learning.
• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
