Job summary

Supply Desk are working closely with a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Southampton, seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September.

This role is suitable for an experienced teacher or an ECT, with responsibilities including planning engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and maintaining a positive classroom environment in line with the National Curriculum. Excellent opportunities for collaboration and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Strong understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire young learners.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Overview

Supply Desk are currently seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to join a thriving Primary School in the Southampton area on a long-term contract, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, assessing pupil progress and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
