Job summary

Supply Desk are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Portsmouth school from September 2026 on a long-term contract with the potential for permanent appointment.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 1, assess pupil progress, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive. QTS or ECT welcomed.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Strong understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Able to plan engaging, creative lessons and raise attainment.
