Qualifications

• Previous experience as TA/LSA or Learning Support Assistant.
• Experience supporting primary-aged children, ideally KS2.
• Patient, nurturing and able to build positive relationships.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the classroom with learning and development.
• Provide targeted support to pupils who require additional help.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider support team.
• Maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
