TeacherActive is supporting a friendly CM3-area Primary School to recruit a Year 3 Class Teacher to cover maternity leave from November 2026. You will plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons, assess progress and maintain high behavioural standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a Primary School setting.
• Confidence teaching and planning across the KS2 curriculum.
• High expectations for pupils, including SEND and disadvantaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS2 for Year 3.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and support pupils of all abilities.
