Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Year 3 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Camden, North London. This full-time, long-term role starts November 2026 and continues through February half-term 2027, with a competitive daily rate dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or an equivalent qualification, have UK primary experience (KS2/Year 3), and be confident planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons while maintaining strong classroom

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally KS2/Year 3.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable and committed to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Year 3 lessons.
• Manage a dedicated Year 3 class and maintain positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with school staff to support pupil development.
