SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a North West London primary school to recruit a Year 2 General Teaching Assistant. The role involves supporting the class teacher across the Year 2 curriculum, assisting with group and individual learning, and helping maintain an engaging classroom environment.

The successful candidate will have experience with primary-aged pupils, strong literacy and numeracy, and a collaborative approach to working with staff.

Qualificações

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a relevant education/childcare setting.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to build positive professional relationships with pupils and staff.
• Safeguarding and pupil wellbeing awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support the class teacher with pupils' learning and day-to-day classroom organisation.
• Assist pupils during whole-class teaching, small groups, and 1:1 where needed.
• Reinforce learning and support reading, writing and maths.
• Prepare and organise classroom resources and maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress to the class teacher.
• Collaborate with the school team to support pupil wellbeing and safeguarding procedures.
