Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities
As a Supply Teacher with Randstad, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that adhere to national curriculum standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for diverse student populations.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive and safe atmosphere.

Qualifications for This Role
To be a successful candidate for this teaching role in West Sussex, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
- Demonstrable experience teaching children across various age groups (specifically Year 2).
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
