Job Description:

As a Year 2 Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to support the curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing necessary support and feedback.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Contributing to the development of a nurturing and supportive school community.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching primary school students, particularly Year 2.
  • A genuine passion for education and the well-being of students.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
