A leading company in educational support is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to provide one-on-one assistance to children with special educational needs in a primary school setting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting children with SEN, experience in educational settings, and relevant qualifications.
Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEN in a KS1 setting.
Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans and behaviour management strategies.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of the student.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the student's needs are met effectively.
Support the student in accessing the curriculum and adapting learning materials as necessary.
Monitor and record the student's progress, behaviors, and achievements.
All pay rates quoted include statutory holiday pay of 12.07%. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence later.
