Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate Year 2 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Leeds. You will plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons, supporting pupil progress and wellbeing, and collaborate with a supportive team.

The role requires QTS and experience in Year 2, with a commitment to safeguarding and pupil development. DBS checks will be conducted. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
