Job summary

Step Teachers is seeking an experienced Year 5 Teacher for a long-term maternity cover in a welcoming North London primary school. You will hold full classroom responsibility in a Year 5 class within KS2, planning, delivering engaging lessons and assessing pupil progress to support attainment.

The ideal candidate will have QTS, recent KS2 experience (Year 5 preferred), strong behaviour management and a clear commitment to raising attainment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who can quickly establish positive relationships, maintain high standards in the classroom, and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress.

The Role
