• Experience teaching in Year 1 (KS1) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective practices.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to plan, deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Nurturing and patient approach to young learners.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs.
• Passion for supporting children's development.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Take full responsibility for teaching and learning within a Year 1 class.
• Assess, monitor and record pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupils’ progress and wellbeing.
