Axcis Education in Redhill, Surrey is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school from January 2027. Working around 2.5–3 days per week, likely Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, you will support a Year 1 class and deliver engaging lessons within the KS1 framework.

The role offers ongoing placement with potential temp-to-perm for the right candidate. A QTS or equivalent qualification is required, with experience in UK primary settings, strong classroom

Qualificações

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Experience teaching Year 1 / KS1 is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons (English, phonics, maths).
• Differentiate lessons to meet varied abilities and needs.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support.
