Tradewind Recruitment are partnering with an Ofsted Outstanding infant school in Nelson to appoint an experienced Year 1 Class Teacher from 22nd January until the end of the academic year. The role offers a full-time, long-term placement within a three-form-entry school, with a supportive team environment among Year 1 teachers.

The ideal candidate will have KS1 experience, strong phonics knowledge, and the ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons while maintaining high expectations

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Key Stage 1, specifically Year 1.
• Strong delivery of phonics instruction.
• Ability to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons.
• High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and achievement.
• Willingness to attend after-school meetings as required.

Responsabilidades

• Hit the ground running in Year 1 and positively impact pupil learning.
• Collaborate with Year 1 teachers to share ideas and resources.
• Attend school staff meetings and other relevant meetings after school as required.
