Albemarle Primary School in Southfields, London, seeks a Year 1 Class Teacher (KS1) with an optional KS1 Phase Leader responsibility for an experienced candidate. The post offers Inner London MPS/UPS salary with a £2,000 TLR for the Phase Leader role and fortnightly half-day leadership release.

• can use monitoring, pupil outcomes and professional dialogue to identify strengths and areas for development
• can build consistency across KS1 while maintaining a supportive, solution-focused team culture
• is ready to work closely with SLT and the SENCo to improve provision and outcomes for all pupils
