Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting for a full-time Year 1/2 Teaching Assistant in Leigh (WN7) to support a mixed Year 1/2 class in a primary school. Role starts immediately and runs on a long-term temporary basis, with hours 08:30–15:30 and a 30-minute lunch break.

We're currently recruiting for a full-time Year 1/ 2 Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Leigh (WN7) to support working in their mixed Year 1/ 2 class. This role is on a long-term basis starting immediately and is a temporary role. The full-time working hours are 08:30am- 15:30pm and you will have a 30-minute lunch break.

You’ll be joining a School where they live and learn with Jesus whilst creating a nurturing, safe and happy environment. This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture and community go hand in hand.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting across the Year 1/ 2 class, responding to all children's individual needs

Requirements or Skills:

• Recent experience working in a school or education setting

• Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
