Job summary

Greenshields JCB Ltd is seeking a Yard and Transport Co-ordinator in Farnham to keep the yard clean, organized and to support the Workshop and Foreman with machine movements and general duties.

You will manage delivery schedules, arrange PDIs with attachments, ensure swift haulage, and provide a video record of every dispatched machine. Duties include controlling all inbound/outbound transport and proper loading, with Titan DMS used for bookings and DOA processes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating yard and transport operations.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery schedules and sales orders.
• Proficient in using Titan DMS for inbound/outbound bookings.
• Attention to safety, housekeeping and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard clean, clear and organised.
• Support Workshop and Foreman with machine movements and duties.
• Arrange PDI with attachments for engineer's works.
• Ensure timely haulage and that no tractor units remain on the road.
• Produce video of every dispatched machine.
• Control all transport in and out of the yard at Farnham.
• Manage loading/unloading inbound and outbound of machines.
• Prepare machines for dispatch with correct 3rd party equipment.
• Raise DOA to JCB on receipt.
• Book in inbound machines using Titan DMS and check for damage.
• Ensure spec complete per sales order and equipment remains with machine.
• Park machines in designated positions.
