Job description

Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Yard Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who visit our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

1. Delivering high standards of customer service by being helpful and friendly, building relationships with customers.
2. Working outdoors, processing customer orders, and loading/unloading vehicles.
3. Unloading building products from deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch warehouse.
4. Using a forklift is ideal, but full training will be provided.
5. Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment to ensure safety standards are upheld.

What skills do you need?

This is a customer-facing role; the key requirement is providing excellent customer service. We can teach you the rest.
