Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Yard Sales Assistant,

you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with customers by delivering high standards of service — being helpful and friendly at all times, often getting to know customers by name.
• Working outdoors to process customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles.
• Unloading building products from supplier deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch warehouse.
• Using a forklift (full training provided if needed).
• Ensuring safety standards are maintained by keeping a tidy and safe working environment.

What skills do you need?

This is a customer-facing role. You need to be able to provide great customer service. We can teach you the rest.
