We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Community Housing Assistant to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Commercial and Lettings team by providing a friendly and efficient allocations service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and other support to the team
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Support the wider directorate when required
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar environment or a basic understanding of housing
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience handling difficult situations with multiple priorities
  • Good education including English and Maths qualifications, with confidence in communicating potentially difficult decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
