Job summary

HALDANE GROUP is seeking a Yard Operative in Larne to load, pick, move and store materials safely while delivering helpful service to customers and drivers. You’ll be hands-on, safety-first, and proud of the work you deliver in a busy yard environment.

You will load/unload vehicles, prepare customer orders, operate licensed FLT/equipment, and maintain good housekeeping. A team-player with a positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Yard Operative - Larne

We're looking for a Yard Operative to join us. In this role you'll load, pick, move and store materials safely and efficiently, providing helpful service to customers and drivers.You'll be hands-on, safety-first and proud of the work you deliver.Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.

What you'll be doing

• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Pick and prepare customer orders.
• Operate FLT/equipment where licensed.
• Maintain stock condition and housekeeping.
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard.
• Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures at all times

What you'll bring

• Forklift and/or Timber experience - preferred but not essential

Hours:Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 17.00pm

Fridays 8:00am - 16.00pm

Saturdays (alternating) 8am-12.30pm.
