Job summary

Newly Weds Foods Limited in Banbury is seeking a Yard Operative for D Shift to maintain yard and warehouse standards and support stock counting. The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, plus basic computer skills and licences for counterbalance and reach truck preferred.

Shifts are 12 hours, rotating to include weekends and bank holidays, with a salary of £34,428.78 plus 18% shift allowance (£40,635 total) and a closing

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining housekeeping standards across yard and warehouse areas
• Managing pallets and supporting stock count activities
• Completing cleaning schedules and site inspections
• Supporting GMP, HACCP, quality and health & safety standards
• Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences preferred

D Shift Days 07:00 - 19:00: 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Salary: £34,428.78 + 18% shift allowance, Total Salary: £40,635.
